Professionals Logan Lifestyles commenced as a fresh start up sales office in 2004 – the acquisition of a local independent agency started the Property Management department at 60 managements with organic growth and  acquisition of hundreds more properties we are now well on target to achieving our management goals.

The Rental Department is based at our Marsden office and is headed by Sandra Reynolds our foundation Asset Manager who operates a Task Management system using the latest Rest Professional systems. Team members are property manager Robyn Russell and rental admin Lynne Morgan. Half the team went to Egypt for some R&R and all came back to the fold much wiser and appreciative of our Logan Lifestyles. They are dedicated and long term realtors by choice!

Browns Plains Office:

The office was purchased in 2005 and the rent roll transferred to Rent Central creating the first dedicated Sales Business unit in the company. The Professionals Browns Plains is a well established outlet situated on a high profile corner in the Westpoint Shopping Centre. The professionals have now been operational in Logan for 25 years.

Team members are Sales Professionals Gayle Thompson (Senior Sales person and consistent top 10% performer), Mark Sutton who is also a top performer in the group and Licensee – Person in charge and Maryanne Arici who has worked in the real estate industry for 7 years. The Sales Administration Manager is Sarah Bey and all sales operations are centralised in her department at the Browns Plains office, Sarah also manages the Browns Plains Self Storage facility. All branches are linked with our dedicated Netdoc’s system and Sarah co-ordinates her administration assistants in each of the Sales Business units. Sarah is a foundation employee of the business and was recipient of a Shining Star Award in 2009 for commitment to her role and outstanding performance on a continuing basis.

The office was refurbished over Christmas of 2009 and now boasts the Professionals branding in a fresh Pathways display in kind with our other Sales Business outlets of Logan Lifestyles Realty.

Marsden Office:

The baby of the family is situated in the new Waterford Convenience Centre adjacent to Aldi and the food precinct of Marsden McDonalds and Subway outlets. With 12 shops in the centre and ample parking available we expect the village to be a high traffic location for the collection of rental information and sales prospects.

Team members are sales professionals Carl Ramsay and Marian Grimsey with Judy Stevenson as Licensee – Person in Charge.

Operations and Accounts Department headed by Jeannette Thompson with a hot desk sales facility where team member Ken Smith is the man for all seasons as Auctioneer. We use illuminated window displays in all our branches with flat screen delivery of every vendors property and office rentals for all pedestrian traffic to view.
